Originally launched as an online candidate registration marketplace, Skills Connect was used by candidates such as students and blue collar workers to register interest for contract and part time work. Almost immediately, Founder and Chairman Robert Day discovered that the system worked very similar to an online dating service, so he began working with recruiters and employer groups! Since then, Skills Connect has been focused on delivering dynamic and secure recruiting solutions whilst also addressing candidate and job seeker needs.
